£6 million grant for Brighton Dome refurb “great news”

A revamp of historic city venues will put the city on the world stage.

That’s what a new £6 million grant to revamp the city’s Dome complex will do, according to council leaders.

News of the funding from Arts Council England was announced yesterday.

And it was heralded as great news by Councillor Geoffrey Bowden.
