Adele goes Sister George, Trevor Sorbie raise over £5k for Macmillan & the city gets arty

Hove resident Adele celebrated her 26th birthday last week by throwing a fantastic fancy dress party.

The multi-Grammy winner songstress asked her nearest and dearest to come dressed to the bash as their favourite idols, and setting the bar very high she came as her very own idol – singer George Michael.
Using a great wig and incredible make-up, Adele stunned fans by showing her transformation on her twitter feed – see pic below! It wasn’t long however before George replied to her tweet by saying
“Happy Birthday @OfficialAdele !!! I’m so flattered, love The Singing Greek! xxx”

A HUGE well done to everyone involved plus a special mention to the wonderful and inspirational Sara Snood (@fizzysnood on Twitter) who has raised and continues to raise both awareness and funds for Macmillan while being an awesome woman. Give her a follow.
