Six-year-old boy expelled after bringing knife into Hove school

A six-year-old boy has been expelled from a Hove school – after taking a knife into school and threatening to attack his teacher.

The incident took place at Hangleton Infants school earlier this week.

Parents said they were shocked by the incident – even threatening to withdrawn their children from the school

But headteacher Emma Lake has reassured parents their children were not at risk at any point.
