Comedy: The early bird

This Thursday Sean Lock plays a sold out show in Worthing Theatres’ Assembly Hall. Yup, all the tickets have gone (although it is always worth phoning up on the day to find out about returns), which is why we are giving you a heads up that Mr Lock is back in our area – this time in Eastbourne – in September, and tickets are available.
Most people are familiar with Lock thanks to his stirling work on 8 Out Of 10 Cats – the original and the hijacked Countdown version – and he is a real treat to watch back where he belongs, on stage and performing great stand up.
With this in mind, the first of October’s Brighton Comedy Festival shows have been announced on the Brighton Dome website. Keep it in your bookmarks and make sure you don’t miss out on tickets to your favourite comics.
