“He was always smiling” – tributes pour in for Georgi Yaschuk who was killed this weekend
A candle lit vigil was held last night in honour of a young man who was killed by a 20 ton lorry in Hove this weekend.
The group gathered at Brighton Clocktower in North Street to light candles and lay flowers for 23 year old Georgi Yaschuk who died on Saturday night.
Georgi, known to his friends as George, was on a night out when he was crushed by the Tesco lorry following a fight in Western Road.
Police are investigating whether the 23-year-old from Hove, was pushed into the path of the lorry and have launched a murder investigation
