Clock Tower gets brass section makeover

Now, this weekend the Brighton Festival got underway.

Thousands of youngsters processed though the city for the annual children’s parade.

And just up the road at the clock tower, a very public piece of art work created a real fanfare, as Latest TV’s Holly Keogh found out.
