Cat Tales: Twinkle, twinkle, little star

In this week’s Cat Tales, Latest TV’s channel manager, Erik Selby, shares his story about his landlady’s cat Twinkle…

“Hello world, meet Twinkle. For those of you that are lucky enough to follow me on Twitter and Instagram, or have the joy of being my friend on Facebook, will I’m sure be fully aware of my love for cats!

“OK, so Twinkle isn’t technically my cat; she is my landlady’s adorable, dainty, youthful looking, old cat. A black and white, who can only be described as beautiful.

“Twinkle struts around the house demanding attention, often mistaken for wanting food, head butting you until you give in to the kitty hypnosis techniques and let her moult her jet black fur all over your lovely clean cream bed sheets!

“Let’s talk about photos: I’ve always taken snaps of pawed pussies, and Twinkle is no exception, there’s just one thing… she is a natural born poser! When I take photos of her, stood up like a majestic queen who owns the kitchen table, she knows what I’m doing. Twinkle realises that the slim black device I shove in front of her face is none other than a social ‘like’ grabbing moment capturer, that will draw friends to her home, ultimately bringing her even more food and attention!”
