Wave: stressed?

Kate Reeves is a fully accredited psychotherapist and counsellor with 16 years’ experience of working with individuals, couples and groups. Having facilitated retreats in the UK and France from the age of 18 she went on to work at The Priory (London) and for Horsham Counselling service before establishing a private practice in Sussex.

Kate went on to live and work at The Alive Centre France, facilitating retreats and running a private counselling practice there for eight years. Although she specialises in working with eating disorders and addiction she also sees clients – individuals, couples and teenagers – for anxiety/stress/trauma/grief-related issues/disorders.

Having moved to the UK recently she has established a private practice in Hove and sees clients from all over the UK. Kate is passionate about her work and offers clients a safe and supportive environment to explore and transform emotional responses/behaviours that are holding them back and no longer serving them.

Kate has a BACP adv dip in integrative therapeutic counselling and european accreditation.
