Missing Brighton man is found safe and well
A missing man has been found safe and well, walking along a Brighton street.
John Harris, 63, of Swanborough Drive, Whitehawk, was last seen at about 2pm on Tuesday (25 October).
He was reported missing by carers shortly after midnight yesterday (Wednesday 26 October) when he failed to return to the care home where he lives.
There had been concerns for his health and he was regarded as vulnerable.
Inspector Jon Carter said yesterday: “We are growing increasingly concerned for John’s welfare as he has a historical brain injury causing epilepsy and short-term memory loss.
“John is a quiet man and is unlikely to approach people for help should he become disorientated.”
Last night, Sussex Police said, he was found walking along Moulsecoomb Way.
