Ryan Heal, managing director of Juice 107.2 FM

It means a lot to me to be able to work in my home city. I am a very proud Brightonian and local radio is one of the key cornerstones
of the community. During my time as managing director of Juice 107.2 FM, we have grown to over 70,000 listeners per week, a 50 per cent increase, showing that our listeners also enjoy the local approach. We provide a very important voice to the city and that is because we have such a great team. Guy and Andrea, for example, have the longest running breakfast show in Sussex, and have built up a really loyal audience.
So keep listening, and if you haven’t heard us yet, tune into Juice today!

Ryan Heal, managing director of Juice 107.2 FM, had his success recognised recently when he won the title ‘Outstanding Brightonian 2011’ at the Sussex Business awards. Born and bred in Brighton, Ryan supports many local charities and has been invited to become a patron of Chestnut Tree House – Sussex’s only children’s hospice. www.juicebrighton.com
