Man mugged in Brighton
Detectives have asked for witnesses to a robbery in Brighton in the early hours of Christmas Eve.
A man in his twenties was walking alone at about 3.15am when he fell into conversation with a man.
Another man joined them before the victim was attacked.
He fell to the floor and his wallet, mobile phone and bracelet were taken off him by the two men.
The victim was unhurt.
The first man was described as a tall slim black man in his mid twenties. He was about 6ft 4in tall and wore a green woollen hat.
The second man was described as a bald black man of about the same age. He was said to be stocky and about 6ft tall.
Detective Constable Laura Carron, of Brighton and Hove CID, said: “The victim is unable to recall which road in Brighton city centre he was in when this incident took place and is unable to describe it.
“We would like to hear from anyone who may have seen the men talking to the victim or witnessed the incident take place.”
