Photographer Diana Frangi captures the faces and places that define our city. This week: music producer David Courtney
“I have been planning to produce my audiobiography for quite some time to document my life in music and to set the record straight on certain facts. I also include personal anecdotes and never told before stories. I am so thrilled with the reaction it has received that I have just released a soundtrack companion album, The Truth Behind The Music (The Songs) – featuring a collection of music from the audiobiography.”
Brighton-born record producer David Courtney had his first big break as a songwriter with Adam Faith and Leo Sayer. David is the man
who discovered the young Leo Sayer in Shoreham-by-Sea. He subsequently worked with many other greats, from Roger Daltrey to Paul McCartney, and is the founder of the Walk of Fame attractions in the UK. David has just released his audiobiography The Truth Behind The Music, an audiobook which includes original demo recordings and his hit records.
It gives a unique insight into his career in the music business, working with some of its biggest names in rock during the past 45 years. www.davidcourtney.co.uk
