Brighton seafront hotel on sale for £3.5m
A seafront hotel in Brighton has been put up for sale for £3.5 million.
The Lanes Hotel in Marine Parade, Brighton, is being marketed for sale by Graves Jenkins, the estate agent.
It describes the 34-room hotel as “probably Brighton’s largest independently run hotel” and says that it has been undergoing a refurbishment.
The six-storey property, with views of the sea and the Palace Pier, has been undergoing a refurbishment.
Graves Jenkins said that there had been a “recent renovation and redecoration of both front and rear elevations, new roofing where necessary and redecoration and refitting of many of the bedrooms”.
