Two held after Brighton robbery
Two men have been arrested after a knifepoint robbery in Brighton.
They are suspected of robbing a 22-year-old man in Moulsecoomb Way, stealing his mobile phone.
A car pulled up next to the victim at about 1am as he was walking home.
Minutes later the Ford Fiesta car was found to have crashed in Lewes Road, Brighton.
It had been reported stolen less than an hour earlier from Upper Bevendean Avenue.
Sussex Police said that officers had arrested two people and were looking for third.
The mobile phone and a lock-knife have been recovered.
A 20-year-old woman and 28-year-old man, from Brighton, were held on suspicion of taking the car and of robbery.
Late this morning they were being questioned by police.
