Dog walker finds body of missing man in Brighton park
The body of a missing 22-year-old man has been found in Stanmer Park in Brighton.
The man had been reported missing from his home in Worthing at about 1am on Monday (23 April) by a worried member of his family.
Sussex Police said that officers had already begun a search to try to find him when his body was found between 5am and 6am on Monday in Stanmer Park.
A dog walker came across the body and phoned the police.
A spokesman for the force said: “The death is not being regarded as suspicious and the coroner’s office has been informed.”
