Humble Quest For Universal Genius

Always a guaranteed good and funny night out, the search for a multi-facetted clever-clogs auditioned comedians Tom Bell and Adam Hess for the role of Universal Genius. Formatted as an anarchic quiz show, with rounds in such subjects as Etiquette, Anthropology, Literature, Hunting and Poetry, hosted by show creator Mark Allen ably assisted Egor-stylee by Eli Silverman, tonight’s fun was sold out. Raucous, engaging and totally unique, Hess’s quirkiness contrasted well with Bell’s lounge raconteur persona. Occasional lulls early on were quickly forgotten as gems of creativity shone through from both competitors later on. Random, silly and immensely good fun.
