McNeil and Pamphilon

If you want to know what comic-multiple personality disorder looks like, then you’d best buy a ticket to McNeil and Pamphilon to witness their swift and schizoid style. Double act Steve McNeil and Sam Pamphilon have a lively and engaging rapport which only accentuates their fast and curious sketches which range from banal observation (courtesy of McNeil’s dad) to surrealist exhibitionism. Some of the sketches lacked the punch needed for a bigger laugh whilst the improv seemed too forced at points. The show is clearly a work in progress but given their previous successes, their next show at the end of the month could be riotous with laughter.
