Jimeoin
The art of being silly is a well-trodden path for comics, but there is something in the way Jimeoin nonchalantly observes the world through his idiosyncratic silly-prism that is both original and gleefully funny.
His skill for extracting the ridiculous from the mundane was rewarded with roars of laughter. His most effective tool was his clown-like knack for facial expressions. Just when you think the punchline has finished, a raised eyebrow can continue the joke into ever more preposterous territory. His delivery was clever and crass but somehow maintained a naivety which left my face aching with laughter. One of the best comics on the circuit right now.
