Push

A crowd of shoppers, sunshine absorbers and dog walkers, sat patiently in Marina Square for the Company Chameleon to take to the floor mats. Two dancers, Anthony Missen and Kevin Edward Turner, performed a fifteen minute set that explores the physical and emotive resonance of touch. The intricate choreography, although impressively memorised and eloquently executed, is purely designed to trigger the imagination. Children tugged on their parents and complained of boredom, but it was nice to see how captivated the majority of the audience were. Athletic and poised, their light footed exchanges and synchronised movements were mesmerising.
