Second man charged over Brighton murder

A second man has been charged with the murder of Jeff Burrows in Norfolk Square, Brighton.

Adam White, 22, of Bedford Place, Liverpool, has been kept in custody and is due to appear before Brighton magistrates today (Monday 21 May).

He was arrested in Liverpool on Saturday (19 May) by police investigating the murder of Mr Burrows who was stabbed to death on Sunday 29 April.

Detectives charged Joel Elliott, 22, of North Road, Brighton, on Thursday 3 May with the murder of Mr Burrows.

A 21-year-old man was arrested by Sussex Police on Monday 30 April on suspicion of murder and was released on bail until Tuesday 29 May pending further inquiries.
