Taking place between 30 May and 3 June, this year’s Brighton Fashion Week promises to be bigger, better and more spectacular than ever and the best place to spot the latest fashion trends.
The Brighton Frocks Show (associate sponsors, Cardens Accountants)
Brighton embraces its reputation as a forward thinking and socially aware enclave for kindred spirits of the counter culture. It is reflected in its avant-garde sensibility towards arts, lifestyle, music, politics, and social issues. In celebration of this, BFW 2012 presents Brighton Frocks, a playground for alternative and costume designers challenging the expectations of contemporary fashion and theatre by taking you on an off-the wall journey through a world of wild and wonderful collections all showcased on a prestigious platform.

Jitterbug – Brighton Fashion Week Closing Party
Sending out the week with a bang and partying in true old school style, everybody’s hard work is celebrated when we go back to the ’50s, when life was simple and all anybody cared about was their next champagne cocktail fix and what frock to wear
to that evening’s cocktail party. With a resident rockabilly hairdresser on hand to give you that quiff or up-do to make sure you are really looking the part, along with a live swing band and DJs certain to get you jiving. This is sure to be a lively, good old fashioned knees up to close the week’s antics.
Dress code: put on your ’50s glad rags, a prize will be awarded to the best dressed guy and gal!
Sun 3 June, 8.30pm, The Mesmerist
