As Matthew Crosby says at the beginning of this preview; if you like Matthew Crosby, this is the show for you. An engaging and delightful self-portrait using the Crosby favourite – PowerPoint, he combines WikiHow’s ‘How To Live A Better Life’ advice with a collection of personally mortifying experiences he has selected from his own lifetime evenly scattered through the show. With an easy, pacey delivery, making friends and portraying a likeable and funny persona, anyone looking to make a dating video should take note here. Still needs a bit of tightening up and trimming back in places, which Crosby clearly already knows, this was a lovely evening with plenty of promise for the full show.
