Krater Comedy Club
From the moment compere Stephen Grant walked onto the stage he had the audience laughing at his hilarious tales of the conception and birth of his newborn baby and how he never knew it was possible to feel so tired and function normally on such lack of sleep.
Next up was Gordon Southern with his witty raps, ideas of drinking responsibly, how we all love a street party and why he feels that Brighton is more decorative than functional, which was much to the appreciation of the crowd. Following on was Craig Murray and his humorous take on why weddings are so stressful to organise and whether or not ‘the wife’ should take her husband’s surname, particularly fitting for the night as there was hen party in the audience.
The headline act was Mickey D who was full of gusto and who didn’t fail to keep us enthralled as to why Thailand is not a place for a family holiday, and how he believes the UK have world class motorways and motorway services. All in all a night full of fun and side-splitting laughter. I didn’t want it to end.
