Julie Hayward’s getting some attention

Things are looking up, I’ve gone from no male attention to – in one morning – a man commenting on my toasted fruit bread. “That looks nice love”<(I have no problems being called 'love', infact I'm profoundly grateful), and another man asking me to guard his laptop whilst he went to the loo.

All this happened in Starbucks in the space of an hour. it may sound like a mundane occurrence, but to a middle aged woman living in Brighton I have to get it, or not, where I can.
