Disney Live – Mickey’s Magic Show

There’s nothing like the magic of Disney. There’s a charm that touches all ages and doesn’t fail to put a smile on your face. Okay, Walt Disney is also a huge corporate empire but that’s simply because they are the best at what they do. This show effortlessly weaved our favourite Disney stories with two young magicians’ act. This was old school Disney – think card tricks with the Queen of Hearts and the Fairy Godmother preparing Cinderella for the ball (no Disney Pixar creation in sight). The magic was entertaining too, with even the adults awestruck by a few of the tricks. A lovely show made complete by Mickey, Minnie and Donald Duck, but a few more visual effects/set pieces alongside the magic would have made this a five-star review.
