Rachel Sermanni

Scottish singer songstress Rachel Sermanni captivated the room with her cosy solo acoustic set-up. In an intimate environment, Rachel sipped on a mug of tea inbetween songs, and talked to us collectively, like we were all old friends. The wee doll-like lady, with beautifully haunting eyes, belted out songs off her newly released album ‘Under Mountains’, with highlights being ‘Bones’ and ‘Sea Oh See’. Barely 20 years old, and with the likes of Mumford & Sons as cheerleaders for Rachel, the highland lass is definitely the new nu-folk kid on the block.
