Robin Ince: Happiness Through Science

Robin Ince bounded on like a man in a high concept action movie; if he didn’t express 200 ideas in an hour his head would explode. Indeed this show, apparently reduced from three hours, was so stuffed with information, anecdotes and quotes from the world of science that it was exhausting just watching. Frankly it’s impressive that he could find the time to make the show funny. For something called Happiness through Science it’s actually light on hard scientific fact. Instead it is more a comedic but passionate celebration of human curiosity, a trait Ince is evangelical about and rightly so.
