Pappy’s Fun Club – Last Show Ever

Framed around three old men attempting to reconstruct why this performance was their last ever, this show featured a steady stream of hilarious moments. The same moves were replayed to unexpected soundtracks, there were repeated callbacks for jokes, and a genuinely moving sequence depicting the life cycle of a woman from the audience via props and costumes. The trio of Matthew Crosby, Ben Clark and Tom Parry have received excellent reviews for many years, but as this successful show ended, Parry explained how rewarding it was to have grown their Brighton audience from only 20 people to this rollicking full house.
