Parsons Son & Basley, one of the oldest establised Estate Agencies in the city, held a One Stop Property Shop seminar at the Boundary Rooms, Probiz County Ground in Hove on 17 October.
Attendees were treated to a wealth of experience, information and financial advice from James Ruff of Smith Osborne, the changes to the squatters law from Mari Knowles of Griffith Smith Farrington Web LLP, buy-to-let investment, buying and selling at auction and commercial investment from speakers from Parsons Son & Basley.

Brighton Photo Biennial 2012
Brighton Photo Biennial 2012 held a drinks and nibbles reception at the Sealife Centre in Brighton to celebrate the opening of the Biennial which runs from 6 October to 4 November 2012. More details can be found at www.bpb.org.uk

JAG Gallery
JAG Gallery opened their doors for an evening of art and entertainment, giving the artists the opportunity to display recent works and re-connect with clients.

JAG Gallery is a working studio based on Madeira Drive, which enables the 22 artists to exhibit their varied work.
Currently part of Photo Fringe, there is an exhibition by Caroline Gunston entitled ‘Being Present’ in time and space, which can be seen until 18 November.
JAG Gallery is open all year round.

The Regency Society
The largest event organised by the Regency Society since the Regency Festival exhibitions of the 1940s and 1950s attracted more than 200 attendees from around the country, and featured two evenings in the Pavilion, a Saturday symposium at the University of Brighton, Sunday in the Paganini Ballroom of the Old Ship, 17 speakers and five guided walks.
