Lucy Rose

Regarded by some as ‘one of indie music’s breakout stars of 2012’, Lucy Rose and her band did not disappoint as they performed effortlessly in front of a devoted crowd. Rose’s popularity began when her vocals appeared on songs by Bombay Bicycle Club and it seems as she released her solo debut album ‘Like I Used To’ in September this year, that popularity has just continued to grow. Even with folk inspiration like Neil Young and Joni Mitchell to draw from, Lucy Rose holds her own. Sometimes upbeat and sometimes beautifully wistful, her music holds maturity and confidence that other artists spend a long time striving to achieve.
