Citizens!

Electro pop five piece Citizens! worked The Haunt armed with a setlist from their charged debut album ‘Here We Are,’ produced by Franz Ferdinand’s Alex Kapranos. Lead Tom Burke took the microphone into the audience providing an intimate and raucous gig with a personal exclamative bang! They’re hitting it big time and it’s not hard to see why considering their presence and audience interactions. A cover of Everything But The Girl’s ‘Missing’ topped off the night for fans, but album track ‘True Romance’ live confirmed to all – it’s a contender for best song of the year with an exclamation!
