Mishon Mackay Quiz Night
Mishon Mackay, property selling and letting agency, organized a Quiz Night at the Sussex County Cricket Ground in Hove on 30 November to mark the 25 years they have been in business, and raised £25,000 for charity.

People enjoyed drinks at the bar and took part in a quiz whilst enjoying their sit-down meal. All three charities Mishon Mackay has been raising money for were present; The Kevin Ogle Sarcoma Cancer Trust, Build a School, and West Blatchington Primary School.

The Montefiore
Brighton and Hove’s new private hospital opened its doors to patients on Monday 26 November.
The Montefiore is situated in the former Legal & General building on the corner of Davigdor Road and Montefiore Road in Hove. While the building’s impressive Victorian exterior remains untouched – apart from repair and redecoration work to restore it to its former glory – the interior has been transformed into one of the most modern clinical facilities in the UK.

The Montefiore represents a £35 million investment for Spire Healthcare, one of the UK’s leading providers of private healthcare. It is headed up by managing director Andy Wood, who said: “The Montefiore Hospital aims to deliver the best care available anywhere in the country. Grand Opening
New Amex building officially opened by company VIPs on Tuesday 4 December.

Maccheroni
Maccheroni held a customer evening in their refurbished shop in Brighton on 22 November. Guests enjoyed fresh Italian pastas and frittis followed by tiramisu and Italian coffee.

On the evening, shop manager Andrea Aiewo confirmed that customers can now buy their food from the new ‘delicatessen’ section on their website and next month the shop will be serving both Italian wine and beer, too.

Owners Silvia Sperduti and Michele Pepponi also announced they are ready to open another shop in London, confident that affordable, quality fresh pasta with tasty sauces coming from their Rome-based Michelin chef will win the customers over. We’re sold!
