Brighton motorcyclist killed in crash

A 24-year-old motorcyclist from Brighton has died after a crash near the top of Bear Road in Brighton last night (Tuesday 11 December).

The victim was riding a Yamaha motorbike when the accident happened at the junction with Tenantry Down Road shortly after 8.30pm yesterday.

The other vehicle involved in the accident was a red BMW.

Sussex Police said: “Emergency services were called to the junction with Tenantry Down Road where the Yamaha motorcycle and a red BMW had collided.

“The rider of the bike, a 24-year-old man from Brighton, sadly died from his injuries.”
