Celebrity Big Brother winner and controversial X Factor star Rylan was taken sick before he took to the stage at the Brighton centre last week, but that didn’t stop our favourite Essex boy putting on a brilliant show! Despite being advised not to (um) “sing”, Rylan still managed to pull off a fantastic performance. Joined by the X Factor winner James Arthur and runners up Jahmene Douglas and Christopher Maloney, alongside Ella Henderson and boybands Union J and District3, the 2012 TV stars played to fans across two nights at the seaside venue. It seemed like the sea air agreed with the singers as they shared their excitement to be performing in our lovely city. Jahmene tweeted: “Never been to Brighton before but I’m enjoying the People so far ! <3 get well Rylan ! 2nd half of the show to go woo xx” whilst Union J agreed: “The people of Brighton are incredible!!!!! Cant wait for tommorow night!” Finally cutey boyband District3 added: “Brighton you were amazing! Can’t wait to be beside the sea again tomorrow”. Well, thank you boys – now we’re blushing...

And don’t worry – it’s not just for the men to build their killer physique; hot on the heels of Gosling and co, working with celebrity fitness trainer and Muay Thai pro Kui Puk, the ladies of Brighton have got involved!
