Pam Ann
The Acerbic Aussie Air stewardess obscenely slags off all manner of flight attendants and airlines. At times the in-jokes came so thick and fast that it felt like stumbling into an industry after dinner act, with an unhealthy dose of xneophobia. While the first half was an excellent stand-up routine, the second was an overlong, lacklustre, rambling interaction with the audience. Ironically, the best bits were the pre-recorded video slots, confirming that her superior material is best preparedĀ and she should steer clear of the improv.
Perfect if you are gay, a flight attendent, or preferably both. Not so good if neither.
