Stiff Little Fingers

Belfast punk rockers, SLF, are still packing them in after 36 years, performing a strong set of popular classics and new material from their long-awaited forthcoming album. Still politically working class, their audience was full of mostly male loyal originals, singing along so loudly that at times it felt like a football match. All amiably supported by the original punk loon, Ed Tudor Pole. The evening suitably proved that punk isn’t dead, it’s just settled down into an uneasy middle-age of widening girths and balding heads.
