Cleaner faces court charged with threatening to kill Brighton woman
A 22-year-old cleaner is due to appear in court in Brighton today (Friday 19 April) charged with threatening to kill a 56-year-old woman.
Benjamin Breden, of Grove Hill, Brighton, has also been charged with falsely imprisoning the woman and assault.
Sussex Police said that he was accused of committing the offences at a flat in Grove Hill late on Wednesday night (17 April) and that he knew the woman.
Breden has also been charged with two counts of criminal damage during the disturbance at the flat.
He is expected to answer the charges at Brighton Magistrates’ Court in Edward Street, Brighton, this morning.
