The Meeting

It would be unfair to the talents of the cast and crew of The Meeting to judge the show as merely a Sussex University Drama Society production, as the quality on display was as good, if not better, than some of their more established peers.

‘Whispers of the Wind’, Britain’s worst soap opera, is suddenly faced with its potential collapse and the writers have been drafted in to produce a storyline to save the show. Although some characters were unoriginal in their conception, the script was sharp and its execution by the young cast was both detailed and very funny. Who said students sit on their arse drinking all day, huh?
