Child porn suspect arrested in Hove

A man suspected of having a hoard of child porn has been arrested in Hove.

Sussex Police said that a man from Blackpool was arrested yesterday (Thursday 30 May) in Hove on suspicion of having indecent images of children.

The arrest comes days after Sussex Police said that Raymond Whittock, 60, was suspected of being in the Brighton and Hove area.

Whittock was arrested by Lancashire Police in August last year on suspicion of having indecent images of children.

He was due to answer bail on Wednesday 10 April but failed to show.

He will be transferred to a police station in Lancashire where he will be interviewed by local officers.
