The Brooklyn-based cousins, playing bass and drums over programmed backing tracks, had a distinct lack of engagement while playing which made their short set seem like a live PA, rather than a full performance. That said, the boozed-up kids at the front were more interested in the BPMs and were happy to dance or chat as if it were a DJ set. New song ‘On And On’ wouldn’t have been out of place in a John Hughes film and a Caribbean-tinged track recalled cheesy 90s Spring Break soundtracks. Local supports Momotaro shone with their sun-kissed synth drum beats.
