Julie Jepson served up another warm and fun night of standup comedy, with a variety of acts filling the bill. Highlights of the support slots were the likeable Sam Savage, and a brilliant set from newcomer Dom Cross who seems destined for greater things. Headliner Jo Neary stole the show with her unique brand of heart-warming character comedy. Her depictions of a Brighton art-scenester, a hapless rookie stand-up comic, and a bored housewife who longs to live in a Jane Austin novel warmed the cockles and tickled the ribs of the whole audience, and left many crying for more.
