Try something new on your way home from work at Take Part In The City

Take Part In The City takes place Friday 28 June. This free event is brand new for 2013. Come along to New Road/Jubilee Square and try out various sports ranging from golf to softball, right in the middle of town.

Whether it be on your way home from work or on your way out to dinner, come and ‘Take Part’! There will be a wide variety of sports to suit everyone! You may want to have a go at something you haven’t done in a while or try a whole new sport; you are sure to find something you want to have a go at.

This event is a fantastic opportunity to gain more information about the numerous sports and activities available right here in Brighton and Hove and how to get involved.

Simply turn up, join in and have fun. Activities taking place throughout the evening include martial arts, Zumba, table tennis, dance, bowls, hoop dance, tennis, softball, golf and rowing.

There will also be a performance stage and a martial arts area with demonstrations and workshops going on throughout the night. How will you Take Part?
