Scott And Charlene’s Wedding
Going for a 90s slacker sort of vibe along the lines of The Lemonheads and Pavement, SACW seemed to be enjoying themselves touring England, thanking someone for letting them sleep in their house for example. Using jangly guitars and some melodic lead guitar noodling, the half-hour long set passed nicely enough, yet unremarkably. There were a couple of good songs and hooks, but the music was a bit bland and formulaic, much like the soap opera from which the band’s name derives.
