Reward offered for wanted Brighton burglars

Sussex Police is offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest of two Brighton men who are wanted for burglary

Gregory Hawley, 20, is wanted a property in Woodland Drive, Hove, was burgled on Tuesday 18 June.

Shahzad Kareem, 42, of Fitch Drive, Bevendean, is wanted for failing to appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Monday 1 July.

He was due to appear in the dock to answer charges of burglary and handling stolen goods, including Macbook Air, an Ipad, an Ipad mini and two chargers, a Canon camera and a sock.

Detective Inspector Clare Shiel, from the Brighton and Hove Priority Crime Team, said: “We are offering £250 reward per suspect for information that leads to their arrests.

“I would appeal to anyone who knows the whereabouts of Hawley and Kareem to please get in touch as a matter of urgency.”
