The Comedy Network

I dont quite know why this evening isn’t taking off audience-wise, it sorely needs one. It isn’t down to the calibre of acts which, as with previous weeks, were the very best that the circuit can offer. MC Steve Bugeja did his best with an unresponsive crowd (in the main), part-time Geography teacher Mark Cooper-Jones played on this very fact to great effect (leather elbow protectors et al). The evening was rounded off by the confident Paul McCaffrey who showcased part of his new Edinburgh show (with no notes, take note other comedians!!!). A class act.
