Two rebailed in Hove murder case
Two people who were arrested after a murder in Hove have been rebailed by Sussex Police.
Albert Nela, 34, from Brighton, the brother of the murder suspect Edmund Nela, 31, has been bailed until Friday 9 August.
The older brother was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to murder a fellow Albanian man, scaffolder Xhem Krasniqi, 31, from Kent, on Saturday 18 May.
Mr Krasniqi died after being hit by a single shot in Church Road near the junction of Selborne Road, Hove.
The married father of two young children was with his brother and nephew when all three came under fire.
A 32-year-old woman from the Brighton and Hove area has also been rebailed until Friday 9 August. She was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Edmund Nela has been charged with murder, two counts of attempted murder and having a pistol.
He was extradited from Italy earlier this month and brought before magistrates in Brighton and a judge at Lewes Crown Court.
He was remanded in custody to reappear at Lewes Crown Court on Friday 27 September.
