Film: RED 2 (12A)

Bruce Willis chucks his white vest aside and invests in something a little more age appropriate as he reprises the role of Frank Moses, part of the elite ‘Retired and Extremely Dangerous’ team. In a mission to track down a missing portable nuclear device, Frank along with his other operatives (Dame Helen Mirren and John Malkovich), embark on a journey around the world with help from Frank’s ditzy girlfriend (Mary-Louise Parker). This second instalment is thoroughly enjoyable, with some perfectly watchable car chases, elaborate stunt sequences and a few good choice quips from Malkovich and Mirren. Action-filled? Sure. Trip to the cinema? Why not.
