Police arrest Brighton man wanted for recall to prison

Police have arrested a 21-year-old man from Brighton who was wanted for recall to prison.

Tyler Boarer, of Downash Close, Whitehawk, is accused of breaching the conditions of his release licence.

He was arrested in the centre of Brighton yesterday evening (Thursday 8 August) by local officers and is currently in custody.

He was jailed for three years in August 2010 along with four other members of a drugs gang who had been supplying heroin in the Stanley Road area of Brighton.

Sussex Police said that he was recalled to prison on Friday 15 February and was seen in Brighton on Wednesday (12 June).

The force issued a public appeal for information through the news media on Friday 14 June.
