Art at Five, one of Brighton’s leading contemporary art galleries, turns 10 next month & hosts a special ‘Ten for 10’ event

Art at Five celebrates its tenth anniversary in October, and to mark the occasion the gallery is holding a unique fundraising art event called ‘Ten for 10’. Why Ten for 10? Because ten of the gallery’s favourite artists are donating original paintings to be included in a charity art raffle, with tickets costing just £10 each. All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to Brighton based charity Drop4Drop, whose mission is to help communities across the globe get access to clean water.

With paintings valued from £300 to £1,000, the charity raffle offers the chance to acquire a piece of artwork for a fraction of the price, whilst contributing to a really worthwhile cause.

The ‘Ten for 10’ donated paintings are available to view at Art at Five, 5 Bartholomews, Brighton. Raffle tickets will be on sale from Saturday 28 September and can be bought either at the gallery or online at www.artatfive.com. The raffle will close on Monday 14 October and winners will be announced via the Art at Five website on Tuesday 22 October 2013.
