Nicole Faraday performs at Proud Cabaret Brighton
Bad girl in the dales
Our favourite Bad Girls actress, Nicole Faraday, performs at Proud Cabaret Brighton
Award-winning stage and TV actress Nicole Faraday, star of TV’s Bad Girls and new girl on Emmerdale, comes to Proud Cabaret Brighton to treat us to an evening of her favourite songs.
Nicole is heading the bill at this month’s The Follow Spot, a new monthly Musical Theatre Cabaret event that presents the best of the West End performers at Proud Cabaret in Brighton. “I’m very lucky to be able to work both in musical theatre and prime-time television, and to get opportunities to keep performing my cabaret alongside is absolutely lovely!”
Faraday is currently filming for Emmerdale playing Veronica, with her first episode airing this week. “It’s a really busy time for me, and cabaret provides a great release from the pressures of a busy filming schedule!”
After filming Bad Girls she was a shoo-in to star in Bad Girls The Musical, a stage role for which she won a theatre award. On stage she’s also played Eva Cassidy in Over The Rainbow, so expect to hear this represented in Nicole’s set on Sunday 6 October!
Also on The Follow Spot bill this month are local professionals Tim Newman and Natalie Roberts.
